ankara pencil skirt

This summer I will be challenging myself to wear more of African print garments. We spend so much of our time at work. For me wearing something that is comfy is important, I love my job for many reasons one of them being that we do not have dress restrictions. As longs as it ‘ office decent ‘ I’m on the go. But this usually end up to be t-shirts and jeans.

The challenge is to add some colour and fun to my office wear making them comfy, decent and full of life. So this pencil skirt add to my office collection. It’s going to be a tough one.

When I first started doing this I had lots of doubts about almost everything. I made so many mistakes, almost quit whenever it was overwhelming.  Have also learn to believe in myself. I know what I can do and I know that I do not know all that there is to know. Even though I have a job that I so love,  this is also part of my growth that I love and I’m grateful that I get to do it at my own pace. I know what I do may not speak to another person but it tells a part of my story. It helps me to channel and  express my creative thoughts while giving me a different perspective to problem solving. Will share more..

Get the skirt here.

Thank you for stopping by!
