For example I know for sure dairy based pastries and junk food makes my skin break out. And I know drinking lemon tea or lemon water, after eating a chocolate cake makes my skin break out less. Everybody is different but I know some girls’ experience skin break out during their periods. I know I do. During this time try to be tender with your skin.
Personally, during this time I do not exfoliate my face. I use a moisturizing mask twice a week and make sure I follow my night time routine without a miss. I also try not to worry about any breakout at this time of the month, because I know it goes away after a few days.
